Kate is a Real Estate Associate Broker, a full-time agent, and a Saratoga native excited to share her passion about her hometown and its architectural history. Kate has a long history of establishing strong client relationships, and is willing to dig-in to help clients prepare their home for sale, or for their move to their new home. She is communicative and service oriented; she will be your guide through the buying or selling process, step by step.
"A sign in the ground isn't enough to sell your home. Let's start from the beginning: I will help you create a plan to sell your home. I'll help you organize/clean/prepare/stage your home, and then walk you through the selling process step by step. We'll work together to determine the best buyer, and I'll get out there and find them for you.
Looking for a new home? I can help you search, help you to strategize to write the best offer you can, and then walk you through the buying process every step of the way until you're walking through your new front door!"
Kate is the daughter of a local, prominent, preservation architect. She grew up in one of Saratoga’s wonderful, renovated carriage houses. Kate lived in Kennebunk, Maine, for 25 years, where she and her husband raised their two children in a handsome 1929 gambrel, which they updated both practically and aesthetically, while maintaining its historic vernacular. Somewhat intrepid, she enjoys a good personal challenge such as skydiving, trapeze, hiking to the bottom of a huge canyon, or kayaking in a river with hippos.
